Information according to Art. 13 / 14 DSGVO for applicants.
Thank you for your interest in working for our company. The aim of this information is to inform you about the processing of your personal data and to inform you about the rights to which you are entitled.
We need your data to decide whether we want to enter into an employment relationship with you.
This relates in particular to data on your professional qualifications as well as your knowledge and skills.
As the controller, we have taken what we consider to be the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the most comprehensive protection of your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no security gaps when data is transmitted via the Internet.

Categories of data we process and indication of the source from which the data originate:.
When you apply for a job with us, we will receive personal data from you and, where applicable, from third parties.
This information is in particular your personal details (for example, name, date of birth, gender, address) and your professional qualifications. In addition, personal data may result from the documentation of a job interview or from evaluation documents prepared by us.
If you have an account on a career-oriented social network such as Xing or LinkedIn, we may also collect the data from your publicly viewable profile page.
Purpose of processing:.
The data you provide will be used exclusively to process your application and is legitimized by Article 88 DSGVO (data processing in the context of employment) and Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (data processing for purposes of the employment relationship).
Sharing of your data:
Within our company, only those persons and offices will receive your personal data that require it to fulfill your application request. A transfer to third parties or a transfer to third countries does not take place.
Storage period:
The data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process (awarding of a job to you or another person). If no recruitment takes place, this is regularly the case no later than six months after completion of the application process. If you agree to us taking over your data beyond this period in our career pool for further job postings, we ask for your express consent by e-mail or mail. To do so, you can use our form.
Of course, you are also free to withdraw your application at any time. In this case, your data would likewise be deleted, provided that it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
Your rights:
You have the right of access to the personal data collected, as well as the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. These rights cannot
not be exercised retroactively and may have an impact on the application process (e.g. in case of deletion).
Insofar as the processing of personal data concerning you is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of such data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process this personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal. To do so, you can contact us or our data protection officer(s) at any time using the details provided below.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
