Light & Shadow
Increased energy efficiency and renewable energies stand for a climate-neutral future. Sensors control and measure as analog interfaces, plants and processes. A light incidence sensor measuring only 1×1 mm² detects the intensity of incoming sunlight and its direction of incidence with an accuracy of less than two degrees deviation. This allows shading systems on facades or tracked solar energy systems to be controlled according to the situation. Other optical and impedimetric sensors determine glucose or ammonia concentrations in biogas plants and the food industry.
