Silicon-based MEMS sensor technology – trends and applications
The workshop „Silicon-based MEMS sensor technology – trends and applications“ on September 17, 2025, will focus on developments in the areas of
- Design and simulation,
- Process technologies and measurement technology, as well as
- Applications and markets.
The keynote speech will be given by Prof. Klaus Stefan Drese from Coburg University. Under his leadership, the new AMA study “Sensor Trends 2030 – Focus on Future Technologies” was compiled with the help of more than 70 experts.
The full-day workshop in Erfurt is being organized by CiS e.V.
