Doppelseitige, großflächig gedünnte Strahlungsdetektoren
Acronym: | DLAT | |
Duration: | 1st October 2017 - 31st March 2020 | |
Description: | The project is the next step in creating complex system solutions for the use of UV LEDs. For this purpose, all aspects are consequently combined in one system design. This includes UV-LED, submount, drive/control monitoring and optical beam shaping. The project represents an important milestone in achieving the goal of low-cost, high-volume series production. Derived from the overall objective of the IC4UV joint project, the following sub-objectives result for the IC4UV-CiS sub-project: - Circuit development as a basis for the realization of an integrated drive and control circuit and design of a control software, - Optimization of hybrid assembly technologies for UV LEDs and control IC on different submount concepts, - Scientific investigations on the use of sol-gel technologies for the fabrication of UV-stable micro-optics and mounting on submounts. The CiS Research Institute coordinates the joint project IC4UV. |
