Multiphysical sensor for harsh environmental conditions
| German title: | Multiphysikalischer Sensor für harsche Umweltbedingungen | |
| Acronym: | Bat | |
| Duration: | 1st October 2017 - 30th March 2020 | |
| Description: | The subject of the project was the development of an electrostatic actuator for ultrasound generation, coupled with a piezoresistive detector as the basis for various ultrasound-based sensor systems. The robust 3D technology introduced at the research institute is used as the manufacturing technology. It ensures reliable operation even under harsh environmental conditions. The transmitter-receiver combination is used to determine distances when the medium is known; when the distance is known, the concentrations of two-substance systems can be determined, among other things. | |
