| Description: | By means of quantum mechanical calculations based solely on band structure data (Kubo-Greenwood formalism), important parameters (piezoelectric coefficients and their directional, temperature and doping dependence as well as thermoelectric properties) for high-precision MEMS are determined and compared with experimentally determined data. The simulation tools, which are not known in this way, are combined in a continuous design flow so that they can also be used for future developments. | |
