| Description: | The aim is to provide a technological platform for the targeted optical adaptation of an SNSPD silicon chip stack. The chip stack is an extremely compact structure of a superconducting detector with efficient signal coupling in a wafer composite with integrated optics and mounting of a fiber. The optical matching is to ensure that the light beam hits the detector safely and the beam diameter does not exceed the detector size. | |
