Description: | In this project, IR emitter arrays are to be developed and characterized that are characterized by high dynamics and simultaneously large beam strength. With the help of an array arrangement, the advantages of small and large IR MEMS emitters are to be combined. In gas sensing, measurement frequencies of ≥ 100 Hz are often required, which current emitters cannot achieve with sufficient radiation power. Therefore, the emitter will be tested on a breathing gas sensor. |
