Description: | From the analyses of measurement data from different piezoresistive pressure sensors, mechanical parameters and their temperature dependence are to be calculated. Non-linear effects are to be taken into account and their influence analyzed in the simulation using the FEM tool ANSYS Multiphysics. Based on these findings, sensor configurations with minimal mechanically induced non-linearity are to be found, manufactured and characterized. |
