| Description: | Under harsh environmental conditions, thermopile sensors are exposed to strong interference, which leads to large errors and instabilities. A novel isothermal solution is being developed to minimize this problem. In addition, a front-side etching process for the production of thin membranes is being developed and integrated into the thermopile sensors. The aim of both innovations is to develop a cost-effective and universally applicable thermopile infrared sensor. | |
