| Description: | The aim is to develop a heat flow sensor that offers significantly better performance in terms of signal amplitude than established technologies, while also being considerably less expensive. To achieve this, components with opposite temperature characteristics (NTC, PT, doped silicon, PTC) are combined and connected to form a bridge. The sensor consists of three layers (warmer side; thermal resistance; colder side). In addition, the absolute temperature can be determined. | |
