Development of semitransparent optical sensors as components of micro- and optoelectronic systems
German title: | Entwicklung semitransparenter optischer Sensoren als Bestandteile von Mikro- und Optoelektronischen Systemen
Acronym: | Tandemdiode | |
Duration: | 1st August 2020 - 31st December 2022
Description: | Transparent detectors are to be developed whose active layers consist of doped silicon or polysilicon. These detectors will find application in a standing-wave interferometer, which is used for high-precision distance measurement. In a double configuration ("tandem") consisting of two such sensors, it is possible to realize standing-wave interferometers with direct resolution of the direction of motion.
