| Description: | For high-pressure applications above 70 MPa, thin-film technology on steel is predominantly used. Sensors with flush media connection can only be realized with great effort using this technology. Therefore, a technology for a sensor with flush media connection strictly separated from the electrical side is being developed. For this purpose, Si strain gages insensitive to transverse strain are joined to the side facing away from the media by means of glass frit. | |
