Projekt: LiWiSe – Light angle sensor (InnoPrepare)
Project-No.: 2025 IIP 0007
Project period: 1st July 2025 – 30th November 2025
The CiS Research Institute is planning to initiate a new joint project to develop new applications for a light incidence angle sensor developed at the institute. The target markets are renewable energy technologies, building automation, and climate control technology.
As part of the innovation voucher, the topic (sensors for determining the angle of light incidence) will be analyzed and explored in depth with regard to market requirements and funding guidelines. This includes: analysis of funding opportunities and constraints, derivation of technical requirements, analysis of technical feasibility, analysis of market demand and potential customers, weighted prioritization of solution concepts.
This innovation voucher will create the conditions for an application to the “ZIM” R&D funding program.
The project is part of the “Sustainable Energy and Resource Use” specialization field of the Regional Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization and Economic Change in Thuringia (RIS Thuringia).
The project, funded by the Free State of Thuringia, was supported by funds from the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
This project was co-financed by the European Union.
