Project: Addressable textile lighting elements with innovative LED lighting assembly (InnoPrepare)
Project- No.: 2024 IIP 0011
Project period: 1st September 2024 to 31st March 2025
Based on recent developments in the field of miniaturized sensor elements and assembly technologies, the CiS Research Institute aims to identify and address new fields of application in the mobility sector. One promising approach is to create synergies with other development trends, such as textile lighting elements, in which integrated polymer fibers enable local or surface lighting solutions. This technology could also play a relevant role in future sensory applications, for example in medical technology or environmental sensor technology.
This innovation voucher creates the conditions for an application to the federal government’s “ZIM” R&D funding program.
The scope of the service amounts to €48,800.00.
The project is part of the “Industrial Production and Systems” specialization field of the Regional Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization and Economic Change in Thuringia (RIS Thuringia).
The project, funded by the Free State of Thuringia, was supported by funds from the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
This project was co-financed by the European Union.
