The CiS Research Institute will be represented in the extensive conference program with two presentations on technologies for manufacturing quantum computers and high-speed NDIR gas sensors
COMPAMED, a leading international trade fair for medical suppliers, begins today in Düsseldorf. The CiS Research Institute will be represented at the IVAM joint booth in Hall 8a, Booth F35-2. Until Thursday, 20th November 2025, experts in the medical supply sector will come together to present components for medical devices and equipment and discuss high-tech solutions
Under the motto “Digital twins in sustainable production,” representatives from business, research, and politics met at the Comcenter Brühl on 27th August 2025, for the 17th Erfurt Technology Dialogue.

At the special exhibition area Photonics + Europe presented by IVAM, EPIC and W3+ of IVAM, at booth C206, the CiS Research Institute will present an excerpt of its portfolio and Prof. Thomas Ortlepp will give a lecture on “Photonic Quantum Sensor Based on Diamond NV-Centers – Hybrid Integration and Performance Evaluation”
From 12th-15th November 2024, we will be showcasing a selection of our research and development results. The European semiconductor industry will meet in the halls of Messe München. During the Hannover Messe, which starts next week, the CiS Research Institute will be presenting an electrically isolated incremental sensor at the joint Thuringian stand in Hall 3, Stand D76. As part of the GalGiS funding project, new silicon technologies have been developed to achieve such galvanic isolation at chip level
In the newly opened research project, IR emitter arrays are developed, which are characterized by high dynamics and simultaneously large beam strength
